EDI was recruited to develop a Master Plan for an International Sports Academy as part of a mixed-use development in Zephyrhills, Florida. EDI’s Master Plan for the development includes several components:
- A Satellite Campus for a Prestigious Local School
- Housing for International Students
- An Enclosed Tennis Center
- A Center for Sports Medicine
- An Apartment Building with 100% Water Views
- A Community Swimming Pool
- 31 Homes in a Nature Preserve-Like Setting
- A Community-Centric Commercial Center
- A Community Center and Community Garden
